No. 223 - arriving mail art from me (Germany) - this sending was reposted by me without any valid postage stamp, first it came like I dropped it into the mail box, so I dropped it a second time, and this is how it came back with a letter of apology by the post office. It was sent inside a plastic cover which says "regrettable the item was damaged and therefore been provided with a plastic cover by the Deutsche Post".

It failed, because I have to pay postal taxe for it. On the front page you can see Emperor Wilhelm II. who is hammering a nail into the brain of Bismarck. Thank you very much.

No. 218 - arriving mail art from me (Austria) - one of the postal experiment which succeeded, I used the envelope again and put one Octopus Bismarck inside, than the envelope was dropped again into the mail box without any valid postage stamp and it came back.
No. 217 - arriving mail art "this is my grandfather..." from Keith A. Buchholz (USA) - Keith has sent a photograph of his gradfather from 1881, which were once forced to go to a Bismarck Military school at the age of 9. The grand-grand parents left Germany to emigrate to the USA. Thank you very much.

Lotz (Germany) - the No. 214 refers to a research theme I did once about breverl, a special kind of amulet. Inside a letter filled will several stuff from nature (f. ex.: bones, a dried spider, sea shells) combined with other found objects, similar to the arrangements you can find inside of breverls. No. 211 - arriving mail art from Anonymous (Germany) - an envelope without using a valid postage stamp arrived today. The envelope is collaged with a portrait of the german comedian Otto Waalkes, but here with the typical outfit of the other Otto. Inside the sender (I suppose it was Heinz Lotz) used one of my artistamps.
