No. 131 - arriving mail art "wenn das Bismarck wüsste ...!" from Angela Behrendt (Germany)

No. 131 - arriving mail art "wenn das Bismarck wüsste ...!" from Angela Behrendt (Germany) - a filled decorated envelope with some surprises. On the envelope she collaged some political statements of the actual election here in germany. Inside she puts a stiched portait of Bismarck after a little onelinedrawing I sent to her. She got some works from Heinz W. Lotz for modifications. First there is a funny Bismarck puzzle in a Thailand plastic bag. The other postcard was officially approved to be an artwork. Thank you very much.
