No. 211 - arriving mail art from Anonymous (Germany) - an envelope without using a valid postage stamp arrived today. The envelope is collaged with a portrait of the german comedian Otto Waalkes, but here with the typical outfit of the other Otto. Inside the sender (I suppose it was Heinz Lotz) used one of my artistamps.
