No. 415 & No. 416 - arriving mail art "...manchmal fühlt sich Otto arg zerrupft" from Heinz W. Lotz (Germany) - the first is made out of an old plastic cup with a collaged Bismarck head, the other refers to the time of the german colony. Thank you very much.
