No. 408 - arriving mail art from Heinz W. Lotz (Germany) & Ivan Zemtsov (Russia) - another co-production of two artists. This time Heinz sent an envelope with a little Bismarck image to Ivan and he has modified the envelope in his way, for example he put one of this domino principle artistamp with the Bismarck portrait on it.
