I will drop this already used envelope inside the postal mail box. I just put some extra Bismarck labels on it to see what will happen with it. I got this envelope from France some days ago. It is the third envelope which turns into this kind of conceptual art.

... next postal experiment ...

this already sent envelope I will bring back to the mail box to see what will happen, whether it will come back to me. I just put an extra Bismarck artistamp on it. It is already openend and extremly damaged with no more further stuff inside. I hope the post office will plastify it and put an excuse labels on it. If it came back in the very same way, I will post it again and again and again. I have the idea to do this now with all my normal envelopes I got in the future - a kind of conceptual art.

No. 193 - arriving mail art from me (Germany) - the experiment worked so far that it came back (see below) but the post office noticed the faked postage stamp and stamped "Postwertzeichen ungültig" (non valid postage stamp) next to it another special postal stamp "Nachträglich entwertet" which means canceled afterwards. So the head of Bismarck has been canceled, thats funny. In between the handwriting with blue editing pen "96", the taxe rate to pay, but I do not have to pay anything. It's fun and I will try it again next time. Maybe try it as well.

He made some proposals on this envelope which I have to send back to him because it is part of his project. As far as I understand the symbolic question marks around the Bismarck Portrait in the first status will afterwards turn more into a cross of the 3rd Reich - the swastika. No. 177 - arriving mail art "Nothern Pacific Depot - Bismarck N.D." from Tom Johnson (USA) - a big sized envelope, old adversting board, with lots of original and historical paper stuff on it, as there was a postcard of the Nothern Pacific Railway Station which is called Bismarck, hehind this historical postcard which he has opened at the clock tower you can see an old photograph of Bismarck (carte de viste - photo) - clock tower like a helmet - pickelhaube. He also used an adverstising board with bowing Mickey Mouse from the 193oies. Backsides an image of Shirley Maclaine (in the movie Irma la Douce) waiting for a half-a-knight. Very funny compilation of old materials. Thank you very much.
