No. 566 - arriving mail art "La conference de Berlin" from Inêz Oludé da Silva (Belgium) - Inéz has made a collage with Bismarck about the political conference in 1884/85, which take place in Berlin concerning the so-called colonies in Afrika, especially Congo, which was given to Belgium.
