No. 380 & No. 381 - arriving mail art "Fröhlich & Kaufmann ... und Otto" & "Mit Uhu oder..." from Heinz W. Lotz (Germany) - two more funny sendings from Heinz, the first one is an advertising from a bookstore in which he includes a helmet dog. the second refers to teh assassination attempt on Bismarck which took place in Bad Kissingen in 1874.
