No. 151 - arriving mail art "Parteienstaat - Repräsentant - Demokrat" from Rainer Wieczorek (Germany) - Rainer has sent me one of his postcard edition which accompanies his mail art project about democracy and modified it with a comical portrait (I hope it should be Bismarck - I'm not quite sure about the intention) Nevertheless thank you very much.
