No. 409 - arriving mail art "B O V" from Achim Heidemann (Germany) - a collaged postcard with a Bismarck portrait of an artistamp I made out of the participation from Dmitry Babenko. Achim cut it into pieced and arranged it new with other collages. Thank you very much.
