No. 4 - arriving mail art "Do not disturb - Biss Mark 2" from Gunter Schwind - arttower (Germany) - a collaged postcard with only the eyes an the lower face of Otto von Bismark. Backsides with 4 little artistamps with pop-art portraits of Bismarck. Thank you very much.
